Jesus said,

“I tell you the truth, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen, it will be done for him. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.” (Mk 11:22-24)

Mountains of stress, depression and anger will be defeated through this simple truth. Do not speak about your mountains, speak to them.

Tell your depression, tell your anger and tell your stress to leave you. Traditional meditation, prayer and faith tells God to do something. Biblical meditation  prayer and faith tells the mountains, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’

Start confessing from the Bible, find your own verses and make them personal. Where the bible says "We" or "us" you can make your confession personal by say "I" instead. Meditate on your confessions and repeat them many times until they reach your heart. This will change your life. Below are some examples you can use. There are one every day of the week;

Confessions for anger management

Day 1, Eph 4:26
In my anger I do not sin, I tell my anger to leave before the sun goes down.

Day 2, Eph  4:29
I only let my mouth speak blessing so those who listens become blessed.

Day 3, Eph 4:31
I have got rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice.

Day 4, Eph 4:32
I Am kind and compassionate to others forgiving each of them, just as Christ God forgave me.

Day 5, Eph 5:4

I do not speak any obscenity, foolish talk or coarse joking, which are out of place, but only thanksgiving.

Day 6, Col 3:8

I have got rid of anger, rage, malice, slander, and filthy language from my lips.

Day 7, Gal 2:20
I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me.

For depression confess

Day 1, Ps 31:22
In my alarm I said, “I am cut off from your sight!” Yet you heard my cry for mercy when I called to you for help.

Day 2, Ps 31:3
Since you are my rock and my fortress, for the sake of your name lead and guide me.

Day 3, Ps 31.5
I have commanded my spirit into the hands of God and he will deliver me, my Lord, my faithful God.

Day 4, Ps 31:7
I will be glad and rejoice in your love, for you saw my affliction and knew the anguish of my soul.

Day 5, Ps 31:24
I am strong and take heart,because all my hope is in the Lord.

Day 6, Ps 32:5
I have confessed all my sins and you forgave the guilt of my sin.

Day 7, 2 Cor 4:8-9
We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed.

Stress management confessions

Day 1, Prov 3:5-6
Trust in the LORD with all your heart, And do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He will make your paths straight.

Day 2, 1 Pet 5:7
I cast all my anxieties upon the Lord because he cares for me.


Day 3, Phil 4:6
I am anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, I let my requests be made known to God.


Day 4, Jer 29:11
“I know the plans the Lord has for me, plans to prosper me and not to harm me, plans to give me hope and a future.”
